Responsibilities:
Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
Scheduling interviews and phone screens
Schedule candidate interviews by coordinating with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers
Find and engage passive candidates, and create effective search strategies by using different tools such as Linkedin, Github, communities forums, Facebook, etc.
Be a focal point for our hiring managers regarding best sourcing practices
Strategise different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, talent mapping, events and sourcing campaigns
Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience and employer branding
Creating reports and examining data to make the recruitment processes more efficient

2 years of experience as a Technical Sourcer from Hi-Tech/startup Companies
Experience implementing sourcing strategies that address both short-term and long-term hiring needs
Proven experience in behavioral phone interviews
Managing and accompanying the candidate’s recruitment process while creating a positive and attentive experience
Coordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis
Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
Friendly and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive and can-do approach
Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-moving and changing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
2 years of experience as a Technical Sourcer from Hi-Tech/startup Companies
