What youll do:
Lead the architecture design and implementation of our Large Sports Model
Guide and Mentor engineers from our GenAI Teams
Implement significant components of the architecture hands-on independently
Lead the integration of new components into our system
Develop and maintain an evaluation framework for ongoing assessments
Participate in the technical evaluation of other companies for potential partnerships

Requirements:
M.Sc in Computer Science/Engineering from a well-known university
5+ years of experience in a similar role with proven record of delivered GenAI architecture that works in production at scale
Experience with NLP/LLM/Video Generation
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Hands on experience and not only consultant
Great interpersonal skills as well as ability to promote initiatives in the organization
