The Data sourcing expert will be responsible for gathering and providing actionable insights from a wide array of sources, including open sources (OSINT), dark web, and various forums. This role focuses on the continuous acquisition and curation of data that is crucial for understanding the landscape of fraudulent activities and supporting our fraud prevention strategies.

Responsibilities:
Collect data from open sources, dark web, and forums to support fraud detection efforts.
Monitor and document discussions, transactions, and activities relevant to fraud.
Use scraping tools and techniques to automate data collection from various sources.
Work closely with research analysts to provide them with relevant and timely data.
Maintain a database of collected data ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all data collection activities.
Experience with OSINT techniques and tools.
Familiarity with social engineering techniques.
Proficiency in using web scraping tools and data mining techniques.
Familiarity with dark web navigation and intelligence gathering.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Knowledge of cybersecurity and fraud prevention is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Relevant experience in data collection, analysis, or a related field.
