As an HR Business Partner ( HRBP ), you will play a critical role in aligning our HR strategies with business goals across various functions in the organization. You will partner with senior leaders and managers to drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and ensure the seamless execution of HR initiatives.
* Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance that aligns with company objectives.
* Deliver a full range of HR services for the different company departments. Working with individuals, developing organizational processes, and solving problems and conflicts.
* Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
* Support organizational change processes and help manage the impact on employees, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.
* Identify training needs and facilitate programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
* Manage different HR Projects according to the organizational needs.

* Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, focusing on business partnering or similar functions.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities and adapting to change effectively.
* Ability to Proactively identify organizational needs and offer end-to-end HR solutions.
* Proficiency in using HR metrics and data to drive insights and make informed decisions.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
* Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
