As a Product Manager, you will first lead and enhance B2B payment platforms, ensuring they align with business goals and customer needs. You will lead cross functional initiatives, with the collaboration of different departments, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver seamless and efficient payment solutions. Your role will involve overseeing product initiatives, identifying new opportunities for improvement, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales and marketing to define requirements and timelines.
Work closely with 3rd party payment platforms to understand their APIs, capabilities, and integration processes.
Work with our customers to understand their challenges and needs.
Continuously monitor and optimize platform performance, from technical issues or improvements to key business metrics,.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
Proven experience of 5+ years in product management with a global company, with a focus on payment platforms or financial services.
Strong understanding of payment processing technologies and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
