Responsibilities
Speak with High Lander customers on a daily basis, communicate via channels such as phone calls,
email and support tickets.
Provide comprehensive product support and assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting.
Develop and deliver training to improve product knowledge.
Accountable for the end-to-end implementation of the systems, including client process integrations?.??????
Gather customer feedback and collaborate with our Product and Dev teams to help deliver an exceptional experience to our customers.
Developing, documenting, and maintaining standard operating procedures, best practices, and customer service guidelines.
Be part of the Israel National Drone Initiative team, operate the systems during flight weeks, conduct tests and experiments to improve our products.

Requirements:
Requirements and skills
1-2 years of customer support/facing experience in the high tech industry. Experience in B2B is an advantage.
Experience in customer-facing training.
Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Fast learner with tech orientation, comfortable working with digital tools.
Experience working across teams (Dev, Product, QA ).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
