We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join us, to be responsible for providing support to the employees and managers in the company. You will report to our Office Manager and Welfare and take part in various administrative tasks and projects. The position is located in Tel Aviv (not hybrid). We are a super energetic workplace, with great people 🙂
Responsibilities:
* Admin assistance in office and HR process (on boarding, salary reports, communication with Compensation & benefit vendors)
* Negotiation, payments – ongoing communication with office vendors
* Office Supply Management (including kitchen supplies)
* Travel administration
* Assistance in company events and welfare projects
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of office operations experience – Must
* Experience in welfare management/ Event productions
* Previous experience in start-ups / hi-tech companies – a big advantage
* Super organized person, with strong attention to details
* A real Multi-Tasker with strong ability to manage competing priorities and projects
* A great relationship builder, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Availability to work fully ON-SITE
* Fluency in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken
