What you’ll be doing:
Develop and refine strategic plans to achieve business targets effectively, considering market trends, player preferences, and competitive landscape
Design and implement pressure points on the user journey to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth, utilizing data-driven insights and behavioral analysis
Prioritize player retention and engagement strategies to maximize lifetime value, fostering a deep connection between players and our games through compelling experiences and rewards
Conduct A/B tests on content and analyze performance data to enhance the user experience, continuously iterating and optimizing to ensure seamless gameplay and monetization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Economy, Game Design, Developers, and Analytics to deliver high-quality monthly events and promotions, fostering a cohesive approach to game development and monetization strategies.

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams across the organization.
Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders to align objectives and drive projects forward in a cohesive manner.
Proven experience in at least one of the following fields: Monetization management, Product Management, Data Analysis, or Growth Management, with notable achievements in Casual or Hybrid mobile games.
