we are looking for a NPI Engineer. Your daily work will include:
Responsible for transitioning products from the development phase to production.
Collaborate closely with design engineers, manufacturing teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth product introduction.
Manage engineering change orders (ECO) and update documentation accordingly.
Deep knowledge in CAD software, primarily SolidWorks Work with CAD software, primarily Fusion, to build and define manufacturing files and instructions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the production process.
Ownership on the BOM, both building and maintaining.
Provide valuable feedback to the design engineers on the manufacturing and assembling process. While keeping the BOM as small as possible.

3-5 Years experience as an NPI engineer.
Proficiency in CAD software, especially SolidWorks, Fusion.
Familiarity with ECO processes and documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
Experience with technical writing.
Additional Skills:
Experience in the electromechanical multi-disciplinary product manufacturing industry is a plus.
Knowledge of other CAD software is advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with small companies NPI process.
Experience implementing NPI processes.
