We are looking to hire a field marketing operation specialist to be responsible for the planning execution & delivery of global field marketing operation & marketing operations plan activities throughout in-person events , roundtables, trade shows, webinars, podcasts, social media CxO & tough leadership events etc.
Our ideal candidate should have a successful track record of driving field marketing activities end to end complimented by marketing operations activities fostering valuable partnerships with sales and helping them hit their quotas by generating leads via our multichannel activities.
As a Field Marketing specialist, you will be working across regions on a hybrid model and report to our VP Marketing in Israel HQ.
Responsibilities:
Assist the marketing managers in the development of global marketing campaigns, multi-channel strategies & tactics
Manage external marketing and creative agencies to ensure project execution & delivery
Plan, facilitate, drive orchestrate and run the organization of events F2F or virtual: tradeshows, roundtables, conferences, webinars, podcasts, emails, social posts
Collaborate closely with the marketing & sales teams to roll out global marketing campaigns
Maintain own & drive work process flows via the different systems, by coordinating information and requirements with related teams and departments
Drive & facilitate hands on social media posts, emails & PR activities pre-during-post an event
Assist regional sales team as needed, including increasing brand awareness locally/regionally, and driving leads conversion to MQL/SQL globally
Manage & optimize the field marketing budget on a regular basis
Support various other marketing projects as needed.

3+ years of related field marketing for B2B – a must
Proven experience carrying out field marketing activities, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing directly or via agencies – a must
Previous Exp working in a startup – a must
HubSpot experience – a must
Global experience with the EU and USA market – a big advantage
Cyber Security market background – an advantage
Data & result oriented
Strong communication skills
Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team
An individual contributor as well as a great team player
Knowledge & experience in variety of marketing tools (e.g. Zoom, Canva, , etc.).
