Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in a research and development role within the chemical or materials science industry.
Proven ability to lead and manage research projects from concept to completion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in experimental design and data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Experience with advanced analytical techniques and laboratory equipment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ph.D. in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
