People Service Center Management:
Responsible for the day-to-day operational functions of the People Service Center to meet the defined SLA, KPI’s and quality standards.
Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
Responsible for maintaining the integrity of data in multiple HR systems and for fulfilling data report and change requests from customers.
Prepare employee letters drafts for Hire to retire processes
Responsible for maintaining accurate information in operational systems and process documentation to meet the needs of the People Service Center (Employee Central, ServiceNow, PeopleDocs, Avaya, SOP’s and other end user tooling, solutions and documentation).
Extensive knowledge of Successfactor, ServiceNow and RAMCO system.
Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decision
Performs other duties as assigned.
Customer Service:
Customer centric approach and service mind set.
Proactively identify customer issues and take appropriate actions to resolve.
Build strong internal/external relationships through ownership of problem solving and follow through.
Key customers for this role will be HR Business Partners, Finance, IT as well as other HR colleagues and business leaders.
People:
Identify training gaps and ensure training needs are met both in customer service and systems/processes area.
Consistently work to improve teams overall performance and knowledge.
Your experience and qualifications
1-3 years of experience in HR
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required
