Our amazing Tel Aviv Studio is looking for an experienced Senior Monetization Manager to join our team. Were looking for a passionate person with a creative mind who loves games, understands people, data and wants to make a real impact in the gaming industry.
Responsibilities:
Planning and executing cross-channel monetization activities to increase engagement and revenue.
Plan the monetization and LiveOps ongoing promotions to meet the business monetary goals on a monthly basis
Come up with gamification ideas to support the LiveOps Sales and drive players to increase engagements and stickiness, and generate more revenue
Managing the operation of in-game promotional activities with our various backend systems.
Collaborate with various teams such as product, creative, R&D & QA to deliver the best marketing activities.
Analyze and monitor your marketing campaigns. Extract data insights and suggest ongoing improvements to maximize monetization results.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as Monetization Manager, Marketing Manager, or Product Marketing Manager in the online gaming industry (a must)
2+ years of Proven experience working with numbers and formulas in excel
A structural approach to data with strong analytical skills
Methodological approach for data, together with the ability to present the data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions
Good technical orientation
Strong English written/ verbal communication skills
A people person, positive, initiator, curious, independent, and a quick learner
Personal gaming background a big advantage
Strong attention to detail
A problem solver – a highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful, innovative solutions to challenging problems
Bachelors degree in marketing/economics/industrial engineering
2+ years of experience as Monetization Manager, Marketing Manager, or Product Marketing Manager in the online gaming industry (a must)
