Your role & responsibilities as HR Teamlead TGO
In this position, you will be the People & Leadership Partner for the Site General Manager Pharma Manufacturing Germany and her site leadership team (SLT). Germany represents one of the largest manufacturing sites in Teva´s global manufacturing network. The whole unit includes among others 4 manufacturing units, the Quality organization, Supply Chain, Engineering & Opex.
In your role you will proactively contribute to the strategic agenda of our operations business and take a leading role in shaping and executing this agenda in close collaboration with the SLT and global HR partners and in alignment with other Business Units represented at the site Ulm.
You are responsible for an employee experience-oriented delivery of all HR services regarding the entire life cycle processes (Hire2retire) for around 1,200 colleagues together with your team of 3 Senior HR Managers and 2 HR Managers whom you will manage, coach and develop.
Additionally, you will manage various HR projects and support site wide transformation and change initiatives. You will support a consistent implementation of global and local HR programs, policies and processes (e.g. talent and performance management, succession planning, annual employee survey) in accordance with local law and regulations. You will also cover restructuring projects and steer all labor relation matters including workers council collaboration and negotiation.

an university degree and proven track record in leading projects and/or in leading direct reports
at least 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in an international matrix organization
high expertise in the German labour law and labour relations
relevant experience in leadership and development topics
strong negotiations skills and fluency in German and English
advanced project management skills and routines
an agile mind-set and passion for technology & digitalization
executive level maturity
