As an Assistant Controller, you will be a part of an excellent team, and report to the company Controller on quarterly tasks and ongoing projects. This role includes responsibilities in our monthly, quarterly, and annual close process and reporting, as well as working with interfaces within Finance, Audit team, Corporate, and other departments (Operations, IT, Purchasing, and Sales). preparing Statutory Financial Statements and filing tax returns, leading projects to improve our financial processes, provide professional assistance for our bookkeeper, take part in maintaining and implementing accounting standards and internal finance policies, Budget & forecast preparation, monthly payments process, compliance with Lease Accounting, Software developed for Internal/External Use ,etc.
Lets Talk About Who We Are Looking For:
CPA with a minimum of 3 years experience in one of the big 4 – a must (high-tech industry- an advantage).
Proficient knowledge of US GAAP – a big advantage.
Excellent Excel and Office skills a must.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Hebrew and English.
High work ethic, hands-on, independent capability, fast data learning, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
Integrity, Great interpersonal skills, Positive attitude.
Nice to have:
Experience in working with ERP systems (Oracle – an advantage).
University graduate.
