Develop and implement brand identity, tone of voice, and innovative design concepts for Marketing materials, such as social media assets, web pages, newsletters, presentations, and more.
Translate textual content into compelling visual designs.
Conceptualize, present, and execute ideas within a tight schedule.
Lead internal UX/UI processes with a CX orientation and execute them.
Convert product briefs into wireframes and design assets for web platforms (Desktop/iOS/Android).

Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in creating online B2B marketing materials.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, lightroom and Premiere), Canva and Figma. Basic video editing capabilities.
Knowledge in marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Monday, WordPress an advantage.
At least 1 year experience as an end-to-end UX and UI product designer.
Understanding of characterization processes and ability to lead them internally.
Creativity and ability to think outside of the box.
Passion for using and learning on innovative designing tools such as AI, video, animation, etc.
Multi-tasking and prioritization capabilities; working on several projects simultaneously.
A portfolio that showcases your talent.
Extensive mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch & Figma.
