Responsibilities:
* Manage the Global functions of IT, Cloud and R&D Lab infrastructure, while ensuring 24/7 availability.
* Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
* Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies for backups, disaster recovery, security administration, change control, operations, and network infrastructure..
* Assess, manage, and administer employee identity and access
* Manage our MDM and EDR solutions globally
* Manage IT software, hardware, and equipment inventory
* Provide technical support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and providing training and guidance as needed.
* Perform IT needs assessments, technology, and vendor selections, focusing on building best practices while controlling costs.
* Plan, implement and maintain information security strategy and policies to meet regulations, adequate market best practice such as ISO27001 and SOC2
* Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
* Monitor performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels
* At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing an IT team
* Strong project management skills with experience in leading complex technology projects
* Experience working with Windows/MacOS/Linux operational systems.
* Experience with VM infrastructure management (VMWare).
* Experience with ticketing system preferred Freshservice.
* Customer-focused mindset, with a proven track record in enhancing customer experience through innovative IT solutions
* Constantly bring new ideas to improve service center processes, procedures, and services
* Fluent in English is a must
