You Will:
Manage a global team of data, product and marketing analysts and fulfill their potential and grow the next generation of data leaders.
Drive and develop the data culture in the organization.
Solve challenging data problems and use cutting edge data technologies to gain business advantages.
Coordinate with developers leaders, product managers and business leaders.
Be responsible for the measurement of one of the companies most strategic products.
Own and manage multiple data initiatives and projects both on an ongoing and an ad-hoc basis while using new approaches of data analytics.
Working closely with teams in Seattle, including traveling and working on global hours when needed.
You Have:
At least 2 years of experience as an Analytics Team Leader.
At least 4 years experience working as a Data Analyst.
Both excellent analytical & communication skills with experience of working on complex data projects through the full project lifecycle.
B.Sc. in Industry & Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent.
Manage multiple tasks at a time in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional ability to understand data and to transform it into insights.
Strong sense of problem-solving, conflicts management, leadership, responsibility, accountability and professionalism.
Working in a dynamic global high paced environment.
Fluent english.
Nice to have:
Experience working in the fintech industry and understanding of banking and monetary processes
Experience working with cloud hosted DWH (Bigquery, Redshift, Snowflake)
Experience using statistical packages for analysis
