How you’ll spend your day
Incident and Task management support for Business users’ inquires.
Perform day to day correspondence with all stake holders including business users, senior management, cross functional and IT support teams related to issue resolution, support, information sharing.
Perform business operational support along with team members to ensure targeted goals are achieved.
Work with Senior management to prepare Dashboards, Analytics Chart, Reports, PPT decks / Presentations and mass Communication templates.
Perform internal auditing, risk assessments, operational planning along with senior management.
Work as a L2 SME to review and validate defined tasks and activities to ensure high quality maintained for across process.
Assist business users to reach the right team and use correct functionality to perform the task accurately.
Work as a SME to analyse incidents and problems to identify possible solutions.
Prepare various KPI and matrix-based Dashboards, Analytics Charts and reports.
Your experience and qualifications
Any Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, BBA, MBA in Supply Chain, Finance is required.
7 to 10 years of work experience in business operations management / BPO, KPO, preferably Finance or Supply Chain.
Functional Knowledge and experience with any ERP planning tools is preferred, experience with SAP is plus.
Keen eye for quality of communications, data management and reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, result oriented with a keen attention to detail.
