We are looking for an experienced Product line Manager to lead and manage the engineering product team. The PL manager will manage the overall activities related to all of our saleable products. His/her responsibilities include initiation of CIP projects, managing the IB matrix team, promoting technical solutions and to secure product quality.
What will you do?
Lead and manage a product engineering team to resolve technical issues by identifying
and developing new solutions for all field and production related issues.
Mange the entire installed base PMT (cross organizational matrix) Lead and prioritize technical issues, manage internal work groups, and execute technical solutions
Continually improve product reliability by consolidating, prioritizing and providing solutions and guidance to production/field escalations and complex technical issues
Set product strategies, key assumptions and goals to enable customers empowerment.
Lead CR program, define Engineering opportunities for CR, manage and track the plan Perform product cost analysis
Manage and secure products quality conduct quality meetings with manufacturing, analyze defect root causes and set the relevant resolution path
Manage product out-of-the-box quality set a long-term plan, track the defined measurable criteria and work tightly with CS department to improve installation quality
Accompany technical supervision of projects focusing on cross-functional collaboration (R&D/Operations/Service) to enhance business performance manage and lead CIP
Overall responsibility on product configuration lead engineering changes to improve product quality, reliability and cost effectiveness.
Lead a plan to reduce production cycle time and to increase manufacturing efficiency
Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they meet engineering objectives, adhere to processes, and meet deadlines
Extensive communication with local and worldwide departments to keep projects on track
Ensure continuous training and development of the team in the engineering department
Conduct ongoing analysis and lessons learned activities

Requirements:
B.Sc / M.Sc in Mechanics / Electronics or equivalent
Proven managerial experience (at least 5 years) in engineering department – a must
Ability to coordinate complex projects and lead multiple matrix teams.
Experience with multidisciplinary systems (digital printing) – an advantage
Familiar with engineering processes (Sustaining / CIP/ ECO)
Proven experience and knowledge in the field of manufacturing technologies
Strong leadership skills, Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Independent, self-motivated, creative, good team player, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
Customer orientated
High level of presentation skills
Proficiency in English, speaking and writing
