A world leader in driver assistant systems, is looking for talented silicon validation engineer
for the range of its next generation SoC, EyeQ6 and EyeQ7.
What will your job look like:
Get a deep understanding of chip hardware IP blocks, both analog and digital.
Contribute to our home-grown, embedded, real-time validation OS, written in modern C++.
Debug complex SoC problems using embedded GDB, JTAG probes, going down to signal level using scopes.
Be part of board bringup process, working closely with board design team.
Be part of RMA process to find out and root cause post-production silicon failures.
Work jointly with electrical validation team to supply the HW IP tests.

Requirements:
BSc in electrical engineering, computer engineering or computer science.
5+ years experience working with bare-metal SoC and jtag probes.
Good embedded C++ and C skills.
Ability to read complex HW specifications and define a series of tests based on them.
Experience working in multi-core environments.
Experience working with real-time OS (threadx/freertos).
Experience writing bare-metal device drivers.
scripting languages skills (Python)- advantage.
knowledge of Ethernet and communication protocols (TCP/IP)- advantage.
