You will be responsible for:
Manage customers books and validate their accuracy, combining automation and manual tasks.
Manage ongoing communication with customers, and deliver timely support via email to ensure the resolution of inquiries and concerns.
Provide comprehensive product support, assist customers with inquiries on using our platform, and troubleshooting.
Handle customer professional questions and work closely with the Customer Support team.
Provide feedback to the Product team and support building and improving our product.

Requirements:
BA in accounting and finance from a leading institute is a must. CPA experience from one of the Big 5 accounting firms is an advantage.
Tech orientation, comfortable working with digital tools. Experience working at a tech company is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to self-learning are essential.
Proactive team player who can work independently and lead teams and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrated experience in designing and executing end-to-end processes.
Customer service experience is an advantage.
