We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. Key responsibilities include: – Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking. – Conducting phone interviews and assessing candidate qualifications. – Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions. – Managing the candidate database and maintaining accurate records. – Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. – Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
– Proven experience from technological company as a Global Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role. – Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team. – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. – Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
