We are seeking a dynamic and creative Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you will spearhead our marketing campaigns, managing both the strategic and creative processes to ensure successful execution and alignment with our brand’s vision.
Your expertise will drive the creation and handling of creative briefs, influencing our presence across various media platforms.

Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns that promote our products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and effective creative briefs.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven strategies to ensure maximum ROI.
Stay ahead of social trends and adapt strategies to leverage these trends effectively.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for all campaigns.
Develop content as well as provide creative direction.
Evaluate and report on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:
3+ years in the role of a user acquisition manager, preferably with a strong creative background.
A proven ability to develop strategic and creative performance marketing campaigns.
Deep understanding of current social media trends and consumer behavior.
Ability to work with at least two of these tools: Canva, Figma, CapCut, Videoleap, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an aptitude for collaborative creative development.
A bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, marketing, or a related field is a must
