A Human Resources Operations Specialist plays a critical role in managing various HR functions within an organization. Their responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks related to HR processes, compliance, and administrative support
Key Accountabilities:
Supporting and working closely with the units HRBP, supporting employees life cycle events (onboarding, maternity leave, internal mobility, offboarding)
Provide tier 1 contact center service to Playtika employees, managers and HR teams on HR policies, procedures, benefits and related issues.
Implement HR policies, processes and activities: stays up to date on the legal and professional issues impacting the domain in order to improve and update the relevant activities.
Take part in different HR initiatives projects including engagement, performance management, talent management, recognition, change management etc.
Requirements:
Related Academic Degree with practical experience of performing in a similar role.
Demonstrate HR experience with ideally 2-3 years of experience.
Experience as HR representative in employee service center.
Professionality in excel.
Oracle knowledge advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with written and spoken fluency in both Hebrew and English
Hands-on, Self-directed, and highly motivated
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Detail-oriented, well organized, team player, and trustworthy
Skills:
Good written and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with and influence key decision makers in an operations environment.
