Key Responsibilities:
System Administration: Manage and maintain critical IT SAAS systems including Okta, Gsuite, Prisma Access, Kandji, Intune, and more.
Network: knowledge in the network domain, ensuring reliable internet access and efficient integration of SaaS services.
Project ownership: Lead and participate in infrastructure projects.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex IT issues, working closely with junior administrators to resolve problems and implement improvements.
Mentorship: Mentor and support junior system administrators, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
AI and Automation: Work on integrating AI and automation solutions to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
AWS and Cloud Services: Utilize cloud services and platforms such as AWS to manage and optimize infrastructure.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in managing and optimizing Okta, Gsuite, Prisma Access, Kandji, and Intune.
Experience with cloud services and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with AI and automation tools and practices.
Scripting knowledge
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
