The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, networks, and applications. This role involves leading a team of IT professionals, implementing security measures, and collaborating with various departments to support our cybersecurity services. Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure Management : Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. Cybersecurity : Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the company’s data and systems from cyber threats. Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies. System Administration : Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. Project Management : Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new technologies. Technical Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of IT issues. Vendor Management : Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure the procurement and maintenance of necessary IT equipment and services.
