We seek a Customer Service Coordinator to support customers from when they receive the order until they receive the products. Processing orders from customers received via email, fax, and automatic interfaces. Answering phone calls and providing estimated schedules for delivery of the products.
Responsibilities:
* Receiving inquiries via the application or through direct calls from patients
* Referring patients to various services
* Establishing patients in the SF system
* Guiding patients until they enter the service or receive approvals for various products
* Issuing reminders to patients for their upcoming treatment
* Providing telephone support to patients
* Opening Side Effects reports
* Handling quality complaints
* Sending kits to patients for relevant products
* Linking patients with relevant siblings
Requirements:
* Customer Service work experience – Advantage
* Excellent communication skills in Hebrew
* Computer Skills- proficient in MS Office
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritization, and task management
* High service orientation.
* Order, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
