The position
The SharePoint Specialist will be responsible for the administration, development, and support of SharePoint environments within the organization. This role involves designing and implementing SharePoint solutions to meet business needs, ensuring optimal performance and security, and providing user support and training. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and related Microsoft 365 services.
What your job will look like:
Monitor SharePoint sites and ensure optimal performance and availability.
Implement and maintain security policies and permissions.
Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other tools.
Create and manage workflows, forms, and custom web parts.
Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems and applications based on business needs and requests.
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve SharePoint-related issues.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation for users on SharePoint features and best practices.
Assist in the migration of content from other platforms to SharePoint.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop SharePoint solutions that meet their needs.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint features and technologies.
All you need is:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in SharePoint administration and development
Proven experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and Microsoft 365 services
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and related tools
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and site structure
Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certifications – SharePoint Associate, Power Platform Fundamentals – advantage
