We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior system Engineer to join our center, focused on Flash memory solutions.
This role requires a combination of in-depth knowledge of Flash memory technology and expertise in communication physical layer.
You will be a technical leader, diving deep into complex system design, simulation, and optimization, working closely with the R D teams to achieve cutting-edge data Storage solutions.
What will you do?
Lead the product definition, simulation, and analysis of NAND Flash Storage systems with a focus on the PHY layer.
Conduct system -level simulations to model Flash memory behavior and predict system performance under various conditions.
Analyze system performance metrics related to data transfer rates and error rates, identifying bottlenecks and proposing PHY-level and system -level optimizations.
Collaborate with research, algo

Requirements:
Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a system Engineer, ideally with a focus on communication physical layer and/or Storage solutions.
Extensive knowledge of communication PHY concepts (error correction codes, channel equalization).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.
Experience with Python software for simulations, data analysis, and automation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
