As an HR Tools Technologies Business Analyst, you will be required to lead the implementation of various HRIS projects throughout the project lifecycle Initiate, plan, design, execute, and manage the change management to a successful go-live. You will need to understand your customers business needs, gather best practices information and design partner with IT to deliver best solutions. This role will involve working with various HR functions while creating solutions to improve employee and manager experience in the global talent management domain.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field; i.e., industrial engineering, systems information, project management
3-5 years of relevant experience (ex: HR Information Systems, Information Technology, project management, People Analytics)
Demonstrated knowledge of HR, HR systems, HR processes- Must
Previous experience with Talent Acquisition processes and systems – Advantage
Experience with BI tools (QlikSense, Tableau, power BI ) Advantage
Project management experience, especially in leading global projects, technology upgrades or implementations
