Our rapidly growing digital marketing company is looking for a Bookkeeper to take on various financial administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities will include keeping financial records, preparing bills and delivering high-quality customer service.

Process various documents and ensure they are properly signed and distributed
Verify financial /other data while monitoring financial transactions
Enter data and maintain updated records
Communicate with vendors, customers and colleagues

Education relevant to the job
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial transactions
Familiarity with financial regulations
High knowledge of MS Office and databases
Strong ability to work with some of Google Workspace features: Sheets, Docs, Slides etc.

Organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills- in both English and Hebrew
Reliability and strong work ethics
Solution oriented approach
