We are looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in Israel.
Were seeking someone with a passion for sourcing top-tier talent in cybersecurity, who has a desire to build innovative sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build world-class R&D teams.
In this position, you will use your expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and talent market research, and will own the top-of-funnel strategy, drive talent mapping, and be a key player in scaling our companys R&D organization across a wide range of technical disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage strong pipelines of top passive candidates for roles in R&D, including Software Engineering, Security Research, DevOps, Product, and Cloud.
Use creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, internal databases, referrals, and events.
Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and translate them into tailored sourcing strategies.
Deliver market insights and talent mapping to inform hiring plans and influence decision-making.
Proactively track, measure, and share sourcing data, improving efficiency and impact through metrics.

Deep expertise in Boolean search, advanced sourcing platforms, and outreach strategies that convert passive talent into active candidates.
Skilled in researching talent markets, uncovering hidden talent pools, and crafting high-impact messaging.
Fluent in English (written and verbal), with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and ambitious hiring goals.

Experience sourcing in global markets or across multiple R&D domains.
