We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team, which is focused on building a cutting-edge browser extension that protects users from malicious threats in real-time. In addition to traditional threat protection, the extension also includes advanced features for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and GenAI-driven protection to address modern web-based risks.
This role involves both manual and automated testing, ensuring that our product delivers seamless, secure, and high-performance experiences across multiple browsers and environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for browser extensions (primarily Chrome, Firefox, and Edge).
Perform manual exploratory testing to identify usability, functional, and security issues.
Build and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, regression) to ensure product quality in CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to understand new features and define test coverage.
Log, track, and verify bugs using tools like JIRA or similar.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility, performance, and responsiveness of the extension.
