Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Directly manage and continuously grow a team of experienced senior product designers, providing them with mentorship and professional career growth opportunities.
Lead the design of specific features or products independently, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure a cohesive and aligned design process.
Drive design projects to completion, ensuring they meet project KPIs and are delivered on time and within budget.
Identify and solve design challenges, iterating based on user feedback and data.
Create high-fidelity prototypes for usability testing and iterate based on results.
Contribute to the design system by successfully integrating new components.
Communicate design decisions, both visually and verbally, to stakeholders at all levels.
At least 6 years of experience with advanced proficiency in UI/UX design tools and methodologies.
Strong user-centric design thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to define and improve design processes.
Proven ability to deeply understand and craft complex flows shared across a multi-product system.
Ability to craft delightful experiences within tight system limitations with minimum impact on UX.
Strong attention to detail with top-notch UI design skills.
Analyze user research data and integrate findings into the design.
Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to justify design decisions and lead discussions.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask between several projects.
Ability to provide clear and constructive design critique.
Direct managerial experience with a strong leadership and mentorship record.
