We are looking for a System Administrator to provide professional IT support to employees across all levels and departments of the company. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, your goal will be to deliver an outstanding IT service experience.

Main Responsibilities:
Promote and implement IT best practice standards.
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and cloud environments.
Develop and maintain documentation and technical specifications to assist in planning and executing new IT infrastructure initiatives or upgrades.
Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator, IT Specialist, or similar role.
Technologically proficient with hands-on experience in:
Windows 11 operating system.
Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Office 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, etc.).
Network appliances (firewalls, switches, access points).
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and related tech products, with general experience in PC/laptop troubleshooting and network management.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Proficiency in Englishboth written and verbal.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a calm and professional attitude.
Resourceful, agile, and capable of quickly addressing technical problems.
Ability to deploy, configure, and support Windows OS on desktop and mobile devices (MacOS experience is an advantage).
