* Serve as the primary client contact for 2st level support issues requiring escalation.
* Multi-interface work, coordinating logs with contractors/customers/warehouses.

* Sales orientation or experience B2B + B2C – must
* Experience working in CRM system and Office applications – must.
* Ability to meet goals and work under pressure
* Good human relations and teamwork ability
* High service consciousness – must.
* Good writing and reading ability in English – must
* Additional language – Advantage
* Multi-interface work, coordinating logs with contractors / customers / warehouses.

* Firm excel skills
