Key responsibilities include: Analyzing and designing business processes for all divisions of the bank Specifying and managing automation processes on a robotic automation (RPA) platform
Requirements:
Must-Have Technological degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Systems Analysis or Business Process Design Hands-on experience in business process specification and documentation Strong English reading and writing skills High motivation, self-learning ability, accountability, and interpersonal communication skills Nice to Have / Advantage
* Experience in analyzing business workflows in the financial or insurance sector (Advantage)
* Familiarity with RPA platforms, especially UiPath, and understanding of system integration (Advantage)
* Experience with data analysis tools or platforms such as ELK (Elastic) (Advantage)
* Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools (Advantage)
