Conducting TCAD simulations of processes and devices.
Design of experiments with statistical tools.
Editing layouts using EDA tools.
Characterizing TEST structures and analyzing electrical results.
Collaborating with various teams to translate new devices into a full PDK offering.
Participating in ramping up technology in new Fabs.

Requirements:
BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Physics from a leading university.
Knowledge of CMOS processes an advantage.
Understanding Semiconductor Physics an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew English).
Experience in wafer-level characterization and automatic testing an advantage.
Experience with software tools for data analysis (like JMP, Matlab, Python, Excel).
BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Physics from a leading university.
