You Will be responsible for:
Project Management lead and oversee various Engineering Projects related to process optimization, automation, and new process development.
Process Improvement Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
Automation Technology Integration Evaluate, recommend and acquire automation technologies to enhance production processes. Ensure successful integration of new technologies into the manufacturing environment.
Purchasing Support Collaborate with the procurement team to identify and source equipment and materials needed for manufacturing processes.
Ensure successful integration of new technologies into the manufacturing environment
What You Bring:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, preferably in a related field (e.g., Materials Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering)
Deep knowledge of manufacturing technologies preferable in (Semiconductors,MEMS), automation and quality control.
Experience in data analysis using SQL, Python,JMP SW
Proven technical problem solving capabilities.
Ability to lead a project from Start to Finish demonstration accountability.
Hands On capabilities to work on production floor
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in clean room and FAB environment
