Were looking for a driven and strategic Content Vertical Lead to take the reins of a complex and high-impact media buying and mass content operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership experience in publisher-side marketing and a deep understanding of how data, tech, and business goals align.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full scope of our Content Vertical operation – from marketing, content, engineering and growth.
Own the Consumer Business Line P&L, ensuring profitability and alignment with company-wide financial goals.
Become a focal point and foster collaboration and alignment across heterogenic teams – R&D, data, product, media acquisition, and BI
Help create and oversee multiple concurrent tests on monetization, acquisition, and product experiences.
Oversee the end-to-end process of taking features and initiatives into production.
Drive the expansion of resources by recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent to support future growth.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
4 years of management experience in data-rich, mobile apps, gaming, ad-tech, marketing, or large user base companies/startups
Background in Arbitrage, Content and Search operations – Advantage.
Proven track record of driving significant MM$ incremental business growth
Proven ability to lead operations and inspire teams toward ambitious goals.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract and apply insights from complex data.
Experience managing growth efforts like A\B tests, funnel optimization
Highly self-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills. Written and oral.
