Based in Israel, The Professional Services engineer has a crucial role to the success of the company. Reporting to the Delivery Director he will work closely with customers (mainly Digital Enforcement Customers), peers, Product Management, Sales Engineering, solution architecture and R&D.
What youll do
Responsible for deploying products at our customers (mainly Digital Enforcement Customers)
Responsible for execution of proof of concepts, trials and demos
Deliver on-site technical training to partners and customers
Perform installations and upgrades, as well as Interoperability Testing (IoT)
Create technical documents including ATP (Acceptance Test Plan), MOPs (Method of Procedure) and HLD (High Level Design), LLD (Low Level Design) etc.
Stage systems offered to customers in the lab to verify the required functionality
Serve as technical leader in front of customers and partners
Possess solid technical telecommunications skills – must
Proven hands-on network engineering experience – must
Linux knowledge – must
DPI experience – big advantage
Signature experience an advantage
Network security experience-an advantage
System experience (such Diameter, Radius, DHCP etc.) and big data analytics -an advantage
Bash and other scripting skills- an advantage
Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Openstack)-an advantage
Excellent communication skills

Willing to travel to customer sites in EMEA (including Africa, ME and CIS)
