We are looking for a passionate and driven HR professional to join our team and lead a variety of HR processes, with a strong focus on recruitment and supporting managers.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
Provide ongoing HR support to managers
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Partner in organizational development, employee retention, and the implementation of company culture
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in HR roles (preferably in high-tech or industry)
Proven experience in recruitment
Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in English required for both verbal and written communication
