abra R&D is seeking a Mainframe System Team Lead We are looking for an experienced and motivated Mainframe System professional to lead the infrastructure team and manage critical z/OS environments in a high-availability production setting. Full-time + hybrid position based in Central Israel (Lod) Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a mainframe infrastructure team and its tasks
* Install, upgrade, and maintain z/OS systems and related components
* Ensure system availability and handle infrastructure incidents
* Collaborate with development, operations, and network teams

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in team management – Must
* 4+ years of hands-on experience with z/OS, TSO, SDSF, and JCL – Must
* Familiarity with infrastructure scripting using REXX – Advantage
* Experience with enterprise hardware (e.g., storage arrays, tape libraries, switches) – Advantage
* High self-learning ability and excellent interpersonal skills
