We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to lead backend engineering and APIs connectivity to our end to end user experience / look and feel of the product. Our technology stack is based on AWS managed services and serverless architecture. Therefore, an extensive understanding of AWS / Cloud technologies is necessary.
Role and responsibilities
Backend engineering lead as part of frontend, backend, and data analytics team
End to end ownership of a SaaS backend/API
Build backend infrastructure and connectivity
Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in backend engineering
Experience with Enterprise Software / SaaS applications
Experience with CI/CD systems and test methodologies
Knowledge and hands-on experience around AWS / Cloud technologies – mandatory
Development experience with typescript – mandatory
Hands-on experience with serverless architecture – a big plus
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
Attention to details
