We are looking for a passionate Product Business Analyst to join our Product Growth team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, collaboration, and product delivery while bringing insights to life through KPI tracking, data analysis, and usage metrics to shape product direction and drive growth.
How will you make an impact?
Conduct win/loss analysis to understand competitive dynamics and inform roadmap decisions.
Drive and track key product KPIs related to adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Collaborate with product management and finance to support the creation and pricing of new product SKUs.
Partner with back office teams to ensure operational readiness and accurate implementation of pricing and packaging strategies.
Support customer and market research efforts through surveys, interviews, and analysis of user feedback and industry trends.
Own and maintain dashboards and reporting to track product usage and performance metrics across the portfolio.
Provide insights into user behavior to identify friction points and growth opportunities within the product experience.
Support product planning cycles by contributing data-backed recommendations and business cases.
Work closely with data teams to validate instrumentation and ensure high data quality.
Collaborate with go-to-market and customer-facing teams to translate insights into actionable strategies.
2+ years in product analytics, business analysis, or a similar role within a SaaS or tech organization.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, SalesForce, and business intelligence tools (Sisense),
Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and GTM teams.
Familiarity with product KPIs and SaaS metrics.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear business insights.
Experience with pricing and packaging analysis is a plus.
