Requirements:
7+ years of experience building and maintaining complex backend systems using modern programming languages, preferably with Node.js and TypeScript experience.
2+ years of experience as a tech lead/architect/team lead.
Passion and experience overseeing a products entire lifecycle.
Strong product orientation thinking beyond the code and caring about how technical decisions support customer needs and business goals.
Experience designing and working with large-scale distributed systems.
Strive to uphold top-notch software engineering practices such as high-quality code, thorough testing, and clear & comprehensive documentation.
Promote production, product, and growth mindsets.
Project management experience.
Strong communication skills including stakeholder management.
Significant experience with various data stores and pipelines such as Kafka, Redis, ElasticSearch, and MySQL.
Experience with AWS or other public clouds.
