Key Responsibilities:
Calculate, analyze, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of monthly commission payments for the global sales team
Own the end-to-end sales compensation process, including incentive plan design, administration, monthly calculations, and payouts
Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Finance, and HR to implement and support both new and existing compensation plans
Support the annual rollout of compensation plans through implementation, training for analysts and sales reps, and clear communication across the organization
Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes through standardization and automation; identify and report scalable improvements to drive accuracy, efficiency, and a better user experience.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Commission Analyst or similar role in a fast-paced, global environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly motivated and self-driven
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Exposure to executive-level reporting (e.g., preparing summaries and analysis for senior leadership)
Experience working with CaptivateIQ or similar sales commission platforms
Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, global organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
