We are looking for an ambitious and passionate hands on Recruiter to join our HR team for a 3 months period and support ongoing growth. In your day-to-day you'll be utilizing various channels (LinkedIn, Github, Facebook etc.), identify and reach out to passive candidates, while also building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs in all departments globally & locally.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the full life cycle of the hiring process and building an effective sourcing plan
Partnering with our leadership team to profile the best candidates and design the hiring process
Find and engage passive top-notch candidates using various sourcing techniques and increase the pipeline
Track and analyze the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies and tools
Executing a meaningful and positive candidate experience

At least 2 years of technical recruiting and sourcing experience from agencies or hi-tech companies
Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage and recruit passive candidates
Advanced knowledge of effective sourcing platforms and tools
Hands-on experience with various hiring processes (interviewing, writing job descriptions, reference checks etc.)
Autodidact, agile, and comfortable with a dynamic environment
Can do attitude, proactive and a team player
Native English speaker Advantage
Familiarity with the Cybersecurity domain – Advantage
