What will you do?
This role is all about building powerful talent pipelines and bringing in the very best. Youll work closely with hiring managers and take a proactive approach to sourcing and attracting top talent.
Own sourcing strategy across multiple departments R&D, product, and business.
Identify, approach, and engage top passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and more.
Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future needs.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
Create a personalized, high-quality candidate experience.
Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruitment within tech companies (startup experience is a plus).
Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Youre curious, resourceful, and love connecting the dots to find the right match.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a get things done attitude.
Passionate about people, culture, and building great teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
